ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಗೆ 6-8 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನೆನೆಸಿದ 1 ಕಪ್ ಕಡಲೆಕಾಳು,2 ಕಪ್ ನೀರು,ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಸೇರಿಸಿ 3-4 ವಿಶಲ್ ಕೂಗಿಸಿ. ಬಾಣಲೆಗೆ 1 tsp ಎಣ್ಣೆ,3 ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ,ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಕಡೆಲೆಕಾಳು,1/2 tsp ಚಿಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌಡರ್,1/2 tsp ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ,1/2 tsp ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲ,1/4 tsp ಅರಿಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ,ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ 1 ನಿಮಿಷ ಪ್ರೈಮಾಡಿ. ಬೌಲ್ ಗೆ ಪ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಡಲೆಕಾಳು,1 ಕಪ್ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, 1 ಕಪ್ ಸೌತೆಕಾಯಿ, 1 ಟಮೋಟೊ, 1/2 ಕಪ್ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ತುರಿ, 1/2 ಕಪ್ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರ...
