Welcome to your first operational lesson on the JANOME 9400/9450 QCP Enjoy!
Excellent video. I'm new owner of a gently used 500e. I will be watching this video a few times. Thank you
This lesson has been my Best so far your voice is clear and understandable. Not too fast but quick enough to keep concentration . Pure golden information THANK YOU XX
Perfectly explained
Best in-depth tutorial for this machine, thank you so much!!
If you have bought a font in 2 colours . Is it possible to just do one colour then the other? Or do you have to keep changing?
Ever best information about usha 550
Can u say us how to connect a computer to th 550e
Very nice machine! for once they didn't put flowers all over it blehh haha
What size of sewing needle do I need... for some reason, the one I have is not fitting into the needle slot...
When i embroidery a name in the Large, it’s not large enough. How do I make the fonts larger than the large on the screen? Or do I have to buy them larger?
Thank you..thank you for posting. My friend purchased this machine but was NOT able to take classes on how to use & to lengthen the stitches. Now years later here we are stumbling thru a poor manual trying to lengthen & figure the basics. Thank you again!
That's really the best explanation that I can find about the Janome 550e, thank you very much ❤
Thank you. Your video’s have made my trek into Janome 550e embroidery enjoyable
Best demo, thanks
Very helpful. Thank you.
Thank You helping us out I learned a lot today
Great help

My brand new Janome 2030 qdc bobbin winder does not work. No thread in it , remember brand new . I put bobbin on top loader and thread through as shown and ta da no action just noise
The only thing i like about sewing machines is threading the bobbin
Can a double needle be use in this machine?
Yes, a twin needle can be used with this machine. It has a 7mm stitch width.
Why would my upper thread tenison be so loose? I've increased it, changed needles & thread. Rethreaded. Nothing changes it. It was working fine. Out of no where it is having tension issues.
How do we use the extra spool pin to wind the bobbin? I do not want to unthread the machine every time I need a bobbin.thanks
Hi, The extra spool pin is for using a twin needle. Try threading a few bobbins at a time so you don't have to stop and rethread. Thank you Sharon
I found your tutorial for beginners the best guide . You are clear and direct. If you don't know anything about the posibilties of this machine, after seeing this video , you know enough to opate this machine on the right way.
Stitch number 3 is this what is called a reinforcement stitch?
Hi Pauline, Stitch number 3 creates a locking stitch (knot) at the beginning and end of a regular seam. I believe you may be referring to stitch number 4, it take two stitches forward and one stitch back to create a very secure stitch. It may be called a reinforcement stitch in some circles. Others may call the backstitch a reinforcement stitch which you use at the beginning and end of a seam. Hope this answers your question.
