When I load up the Astro command centre app it won't let me go through the page saying please connect an Astro device or switch the connected device to pc mode

When I get to the Microsoft store it won’t even connect to that hopefully I still got my warranty

3 years later and your tip works thanks and love you man i had i panic and thought both A50 was broke that would be expensive to replace

holy fuck. after two hours of randomly searching for an answer and having a damn near breakdown i just happened upon the solution WITHOUT seeing the video but got stumped at which file to choose in bootloader mode cuz i have no idea wtf im doing and your link helped me finally exit this nightmare and bring me home here!!! I opened my headset up and guess what i found. thin cables that are soldered and glued on. one wrong move and you have successfully bricked your 300 dollar headset
