Hello, My name is Krista. I've been practicing yoga for 23 years now. I have a gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading background. My yoga flows are a little faster, louder music, and a lot of going upside down. "Movement for better health" is my personal motto. Any day I can be outside is a great day. Add water, ocean, sun, or trees and its the best day ever. Other interests include surfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, running, tennis, swimming, and gym stuff.
