Government over spending is not new. Its been going on for years. 30 years ago I worked for a contracting company that worked with the Navy Dept. One of my friends, in the Navy Dept, showed me a bolt. It was a bolt used to build submarines. $500 for one single bolt. Do you know how many bolts it takes to build a submarine? That was 30 years ago. Im sure the cost has gone up since then.
