Funny because Lincoln is on the one cent and if you put one in your mouth you taste the blood or whatever copper non ferrous metal, IT'S NOT A PENNY, ENGLISH CALL IT THAT
Farmed oysters are sterile so their energy goes to growth, and not reproduction. Mandate farmed oysters are not sterile, and build artificial reefs out of pipe. Oystermen can harvest the tops of the pipe reef, but the inside, and sides, are free from harvest, and a self made reef sanctuary.
What a convenient place!
Excellent Production!
My Grandma Mary Ellen Ridgell ( Hammett) was baptized in St Ignatius Church in St Inigoes Md
Some would say that the effects it had in the TV industry, Video Games, and the Movie Industry is either just as bad or much worse
Kept slaves 😢
Crooked Democrats wrecked radio in the 90s with consolidation, so Republicans fixed it in the 00s with LPFM.
Acting real white and skeptical. Atheist vibes
“Former President Lincoln?” Lincoln was still president.
Stop catching wild oysters. They reproduce. Farmed oysters don't. They are gender neutral.
start oyster farming easy solution ...
Interesting. I have to think that this goes much deeper bc as mentioned at 3:35, the homogenization of playlists. I was born in the 70s and grew up on 80s and 90s music and I sorely miss the excitement and creativity that era's of music produced. I won't believe for a second that everyone wants to listen to this homogenized music; I think most of it is trash and don't listen at all. I have to think that there is an audience that wants to hear something different. Whatever happened to rock n roll? Where are the Aerosmiths and Eddie Van Halen's of today? The little comment in this video about not wanting to offend G.W. makes me think there are absolutely political ties between the government and these media empires which always leads to corruption, lower quality, higher price and worse overall outcomes. Good video, thank for posting.
"Where are the Aerosmiths and Eddie Van Halen's of today?" --> They are on Spotify, Apple Music, TH-cam Music, as well as at venues in places like Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Denver, etc. You might have to expand what you are willing to listen to, especially if you are used to binging the greatest hits of a 20 year period, and remember that those hits were new and experimental then, and old heads did not appreciate their new sounds. Most young musicians aren't playing the same kind of music that young musicians were playing 30-40 years ago. You might have to broaden your horizons a little bit to find variety and newness, and listen to more than the radio, but they are out there. Here's some of my recs: --Cory Wong, very skilled funk guitarist and vocalist out of Minneapolis --The Orb, a little known avante-guard band that mimics the synth-heavy sounds of the 80s and to create a psychedelic atmosphere. to save time I'll keep going with more: Black Pumas Paramore Kid Kapichi Ghost Caroline Polachek Eternal Summers And wayyy more than this. With the internet, if you can't find new music that you like, you either are not looking hard enough or you really just want to listen to what was popular when you were younger, which is totally understandable, but don't say that good music/variety doesn't exist anymore.
The young fella got that right about instead of radio people doing business, and business people doing radio. The latter only sees the dollar signs brighter. Yes the radio people are looking at a profit to keep their business going by imroving the product...the music and the voices coming over the airways. But there is a purpose. Business people doing media don't care about the product as much. There is a hell of a difference.
Thank heavens for community radio, or as they call it in the US, public radio.
Interesting and informative video--- would love more such information. Thank you 💐Happy Holidays 💐
It's nothing but a legend... Shame on that "historian" for not teaching you about the real documented witch history of St Mary's County. On October 9, 1685, Rebecca Fowler was executed for witchcraft for “having not the fear of God before her eyes, but being led by the instigation of the devil certain evil and diabolical arts, called witchcrafts, enchantments, charms, and sorceries" Rebecca arrived in Maryland in 1656 as an indentured servant. Over the years, she met and married a fellow indentured, with the two of them working off their debt and earning enough to purchase land they called “Fowler’s Delight.” After Rebecca’s husband passed and she became widowed, a servant, Francis Sansbury, accused her of witchcraft. Documents show Francis testified she made him “very much the worse, consumed, pined & lamed.” Rebecca Fowler was seized and brought to Provincial Court in St. Mary’s City. She was not the only person accused of witchcraft in Maryland, nor was she the first. In all, there are records of twelve men and women that were brought up on charges. In 1635 the Maryland Assembly adopted the English Witchcraft Act of 1604; it wasn’t until 1670 that a provision was passed disallowing county courts to execute for witchcraft, leaving it to the Provincial courts (showing the level of seriousness with which the colony took charge of witchcraft). Records do not remain telling of the evidence presented in Rebecca’s case, but it was strong enough for the jury to find her guilty. What’s curious is they turned over the evidence and their finding to the court, offering the court to look it all over and make their verdict - basically saying, this is what we think, but we accept whatever you decide. Ultimately, the court agreed with the jury’s verdict. “It is considered by the Court that the said the neck hang Rebecca Fowler until she is dead…” (Judgment Records of Provincial Court, Liber T.G. (2) 1682 - 1702, pp. 23, 25, 34) Her death in 1685 made her the sole person to be tried, found guilty, and executed for witchcraft in Maryland. You can visit the grave of Rebecca Fowler, in the St Mary's City cemetery. Or visit a stupid rock that has no actual historical value 😅
Paranormal my Butt. What silly garbage. This was interesting until they started the Stupid Ghost B.S.

the effect of corporations buying every radio they want is simple - created monopoly. and monopoly in any field of business always lead to lower product quality and variety. when competition goes away - industry is dying.
Yep, I used to do community radio years ago...we didn't have the problem with the big moguls...we were too busy scratching for pennies with radiothons, with sponsorships (and helpful as that money was, it was only small bikkies as the sponsors also had a small budget to advertise), and hoping to get the council cdd grants here or there just to keep the station open. Fortunately the old station (on FM) celebrated their 40th birthday last year with successful management by the committee. Couldn't get to the celebs despite my being invited. But sent an email wishing them further success for the future. But being at the mic and all the fun you have running a studio, for an hour or two, is enough to give you respect for all the real announcers that do it for a living having to contend with ratings etc just to keep their jobs.
Studies have been done with chimpanzees. They set out typical girl toys and boy toys and both male and female went to there gender specific toys. Is natural.
they are all a joke. pathetic beyond belief. and they are ALL blk men/wht women--the most UNSTABLE of all relationships. only fools watch that crap and believe it
Obviously this is from 6 years ago. Now you can't watch a tv advertisement without seeing interracial couples, gay couples, interracial gay couples, trans couples, interracial trans couples, etc. Seeing a heterosexual couple from the same race on tv is a rarity, now. SMH
President Joe Biden has applauded commercials featuring biracial couples. A Humira ad shows a biracial child with a white father an a black mother. Alas, apart form "Bob ❤Abishola." you still can't find a TV series centered around a biracial couple.

Yes wake up yall
I think it's just showing or reminding people that we all are humans and it's only one race, the human race. Sadly, America has pushed the popularity and 'importance' of whites so much it's imbedded in a lot of people's brains especially white homes of America, that now when the government realize they made a mistake, they're pushing for more interracial straight relationships. People will love other people no matter the color so the government is realizing it and throwing in the towel, trying to right their wrongs and just agree that love sees no color. True love sees color but don't care and that's the beauty of it! It needs no explaination. Even the bible says we all share one blood. So now this push from the government is new to a lot of whites and they don't know how to handle it but the truth has always been we're one human race and everybody already knew that except whites, or a lot of them. I'm not racist by the way but it's the sad reality of the world we live in. God✝ bless.
Bruuuuh!!!!! Yes siiiiir!!!!
You have really inspired me for my ap research project!! Thank you
With the legalization of pot I also have been seeing images and visions.
This is my favorite one Cluster Project. #signjack
You have to wonder: 'Why is this necessary to show on many TV ads?
I think it's important because there are many inter-ethnic (we're all the Human race) couples in reality that aren't portrayed on TV b/c people have their prejudices and don't want to address it. The reality is that people are intermixing in greater numbers than what's portrayed. I don't think it should be 'hidden' or ignored b/c of people's (TV producers, etc.) racial prejudices. God made us all diverse and it's beautiful. Many people were up in arms angry over that Cheerios ad when it first came out, which is ridiculous. We all bleed the same.
Why not? It was a tv commercial, but obviously the child has parents that are different colors. I don't think people were surprised that black and white couples do exist. The backlash is there to discourage the media from showing such a thing in the first place.
@@jeansmith3064 Really? It demonstarates the need for handholding by the Government .

I just bought this game and was trying to figure it out. Thanks for the in depth tutorial. The executive producer did a great job.

Awesome!! This is great information! Well done!
It seems like every other commercial on tv now is portraying black men with white women. If you're going to show integration show both sides of the coin, there's a lot of white men with black women. There's nothing any more special about bmww than there is bwwm.
Yes! Lots of been or bw with other men of other races and ethnicities are very under represented. Especially dark women with natural hair. Why she has to be light skinned with straight hair or weave?
I agree but I think it’s because WM don’t really like BW like that. And vice versa. Idk.

If you are depressed, I hope you will not give up, it’s a treatable medical condition. If I can recover, anyone is able to potentially. Fast paced and fun editing, dude! Great work!
As a millennial who had to grow up with TV and waiting around for commercial breaks and scheduled broadcasts, why would I want to go back to watching my shows on the cable company's time? Why would I want to pay for an overpriced movie ticket, overpriced snacks, and no impromptu bathroom breaks where I can just pause the movie and get back to it when I'm ready, or have to deal with a rude audience. Streaming is the future, and TV and the Movie theaters will fall to the wayside like physical media has been this past decade. Covid has just accelerated the process.
I'm so proud of Alex and Gio! This production came together fantastically!
