Development charges already included in the cost as per provisional allotment letter. Can you please advise why should the member should pay the development charges. It is the society responsibility to timely develop the society instead of purchasing land on customers money

Bhai jan apki 2 baton sy me agree nahi karta, first ye k sab sy sasti society Zamar Valley hy, with better location. Second ye k Faisal Town is much better than Top City.
Zamar valley has low standards it can’t be matched with University Town, Topcity has premium Access from Kashmir Highway but Faisal town doesn’t.
