Very putsy work, but sooooo worth it! I had to yell at those around me to stop eating these so that I could snap a picture of them. Yes, they are that good. I really only needed one onion because they go so far, but be sure to batch fry them to make them all evenly fried. It takes awhile, but they are a crowd favorite.

Oh yum, deep fried fish! I love this way of making fish, it always comes out so tasty. Great during lent, or any time of the year. We used cod because it is readily available and easy to find. Cod is also the perfect fish for frying at home. This is a simplified version of the recipe, be sure to turn in later for a more detailed description.

This is one of the easiest and tastiest ways to make chicken breasts. I used a cast iron skillet, because it starts on the stove top, goes into the oven and then ends up on the stove top again. Sounds harder than it actually is.
