Ну да, насколько я знаю они просто использовали АИ чтобы повысить скейил и плогоны текстур, соотвественно оттуда все непонятные затемнения и даже смена цвета кожи из-за теней и света.

I checked out their works, and holly the ideas the have with special builds for winter maps, blood elf wells, design of units feels like the original warcraft, if only blizzard looked for talents that love the game and not just outsourcing to companies and utilizing AI that is devoid of soul, maybe then it would be great.

People that designed reforged models aren't even working in Blizzard, Blizzard outsourced it to Thai company (cheap force) that has no connections with warcraft series. Their reforged models of units lack clarity and visibility from a top point of view. Maybe for RPG their models aren't that bad, but Warcraft 3 is an RTS, soo....

А где вы таких артистов видели, чтобы могли и в 3д графику и в живопись? Таких единицы , и стоят соответственно. Мне кажется тут не в этом дело. Сами по себе модельки рефоржа неплохие, только не для этого жанра игры. Отсюда вывод, кураторы от близзов обосрались, если такие вообще имели место быть. Арт дизайн мимо начисто.

I think it is only in the case of heroes, they have different names when they come out of the altar a top of exp bar, it is just random set names for them, unless you use a skin of Arthas for example and then it will always be Arthas.

I like the reforged models, but they lose its recognizability, when looking at them from a normal game perspective.

There is a whole history on reforged. Outsourced to malaysia to people that had no idea how an RTS is supposed to function, the manager running it basically not existing for mos tof the project. It was developed to fail as they saw no reason to take it seriously or observe their own product.

They are just upscaled classic models. yet on them you can see little misplacement of pixels better, like for example peasant missing pixels on the head and his head is literally see-through, hahahaha

The Reforge models are amazing, the art style is very beautiful. Yes, I have played the game since when it began. I understand the gripe you have about spells and some sizes or sounds (they can be repaired) but for the life of me I cannot go back to the classic shitty looking models. And you still have classic play so I do not understand the gripe if you don't want any new models.
