Empty 1967 style Florida home, had mold remediation done. Still smells as musty as before😭Washed all walls +ceiling, everything with cleaning vinegar. Next paint walls +clean terrazzo floors. Any other suggestions? Moving in there in a couple of weeks

This green kitchen is beautiful. I do hope that these kitchen cabinets from Ikea, are still available to buy, as I'm about to refurbish my kitchen. 😊

Cleaning with vinegar still seems to be the best and set outside in the sun to dry.. fumigation with chlorine dioxide and leave the room for 24hrs is EXTREMELY effective

I purchased a bookshelf cabinet that unfortunately was owned by someone who smokes a pipe, the item has been sitting in my garage for months now as I watch videos and try and decide what I’m going to do with it. I have already done the obvious things, and using shellac has come up in my research. I have several times decided to put it on the road and FB it to get it out of my sight, but I haven’t done it yet. I’m really disappointed in my purchase, I’ve been tricked on FB several times.

wouldn't it be easier for the fabric cover to be sewn first along the slanted shoulder lines with a hole at the top for the metal hook, then slip it on and glue or sew closed along the bottom? That's how my grandma taught me to cover a hanger.

I have a dresser and for the life of me I cannot get rid of this lingering musky odor from the drawers. I'll put laundry fresh folded t shirts and boxer briefs in it and after a day the musk will transfer to the fabric and stink up all of my shirts. Going to remove everything and see if I can air out the drawers before trying some of your other methods. Thanks 🙏

I don’t like the mix with the candelabra with the pictures. I think they would look nice on a stairwell wall. I would go more traditional or modern beside pictures.

I just love the entryway wall color. And that dresser looks amazing styled like you have it. And I would absolutely stick the sconces on both sides. Especially when you put different pictures on those frames. The new rug looks perfect. I love your videos and your personality is the best.

Once you let that first coat dry completely. The second coach should cream right on and fall right in all the spots that I missed that are lighter than the others. It should be ok

Are you gonna be taking the lockout? The old locks? I heard do not work like they're supposed to so. For safety reasons, you're supposed to move the locks. Are you gonna remove your lock in case a child gets in there? That's what i've heard with the antique trunks
