Bullshit, I have an 09, only gets to around 160mph, do this again with a GPS to see your actual speed, shouldn't be hard to do if you're bike really did reach that speed 😎
Yamaha MT-09 · 847 cc - 85.7 kW (114.9 hp) vs Yamaha FZ1 - 998 cc 111.8 kW (149.9 hp).... Do you need any further explanation? I can't prove that now because I've already sold the bike. 160mph i did that with my old FZ6... Yamaha MT09 its a Toy... its good to do whellies, nothing more xD

I had a 2009 one of these, I never had it flat out but it would get to 141mph by the time you got to 3rd gear with 3 more gears left.
I've gotten 161 a handful of times on my 2007 FZ1. Wonder if the fairing removal (aka EU mod) will make it faster with less resistance?
As my 2009 FZ1N Yamaha was unrestricted and tuned. 170mph was what they Reckon a Restricted one would do, an unrestricted one would possibly have the same top speed as An R1 sports bike.
@@briangiven7399 U need to change the sprockets as I did, try 16 instead of 17 on front one. I've gotten 299km/h plenty of times mate!!
@@przemekprzemek3778 You left the rear stock? I think I have 44t rear. Did you SpeedoHeal too after the change? Thanks for the advices, I've been sizing up for a ECU flash and would have to do all this beforehand to avoid a secondary charge for flash update.

Doesnt effect the performance, only get loud, and didnt get any issues. but after a year i bought 2 "Leo Vince", sounds better ;)

The motorcycle has a 45 "rack, the original one is 47", otherwise the motorcycle is original. I did more then that, check this: th-cam.com/video/S2rEuUPnZww/w-d-xo.html and i know i can do more ;)
Just to verify, you are just saying that you changed the rear sprocket from the stock 47 tooth to a 45 tooth?

A mota é de 2010, está com uma cremalheira 45", a de origem é 47", de resto está de origem.
