EMBRACING CONSISTENCY AND DISCIPLINE
1. Create a Non-Negotiable Routine
• Design a daily routine that integrates key actions toward your goal. Treat these actions as non-negotiable, just like eating or sleeping.
• Start small: Commit to 15-30 minutes daily for your resolution (e.g., exercising, learning, or journaling).
• Use habit-tracking tools or apps to monitor progress and stay accountable. Over time, these small consistent efforts compound into significant results.
2. Focus on Progress, Not Perfection
• Embrace discipline by showing up even when motivation wanes. Understand that perfection isn’t required-what matters is steady effort.
• Set micro-goals and celebrate small wins to reinforce consistency. For example, if your resolution is to write a book, aim for 200 words a day instead of the entire chapter.
• When setbacks occur, reflect but don’t quit. Restart the next day, reaffirming your commitment to the process.
Discipline and consistency transform resolutions into lasting achievements. #motivation #accountability #tiktok #mindset #chance #relationship #tiktok #smart #goals

Your friend is telling you about bullying and it does affect your ability to move up in the company or at worst get you fired.. it's not the not liking him that is the problem, it's the smearing of his name. In the corporate world that is huge.

I would take a step back and rationalize why the person did what they did, try to figure out if I had done anything to provoke their action and if nothing comes to mind, I would reach out to them at a time when I believe rational conversations can be had to find out what happened and why?. If it turns out that they did what they did intentionally, unprovoked and unfairly, then I will need to determine if my relationship with them is worth holding onto or it would be best for me to let them go. Ultimately my peace of mind is my priority and no relationship that causes me pain is acceptable to me, especially when the perpetrator isn’t genuinely remorseful.

Thank you Pero. What you are saying is meaningful to everyone because attracting abundance experiences is relevant to this day, because from where you were desolate, having no shelter from that experience and moving forward and contented in life. I think health is wealth, and mines is not perfect with anxieties and panic I suffer from time to time, but my abundance of gratefulness is that I’m a survival and can fight through the storm and still accomplish things if I can, even though I’m at my lowest depths, I get there at the end as I have plenty of abundance, because I have true grit and stamina to get there and can still carry on doing things despite being blighted. 💪💪💪.
