Old post. But... Lol. Here we go. You stated yourself that you should have had it checked way before it failed. So you admitted to misuse, and gave background information identifying the prolonged use of a faulty part. Also you said the transmission was the problem, jumping out of gear, but later stated after replacing the transmission, they also "warrantied" the differential? Why the differential? Two completely separate parts? This is confusing and leads to question what else needed to be talked about. Then you stated when they removed the spark plug, the threads in the head were stripped. Why would they be removing the spark plugs in the first place? Again, completely different scenario and parts compared to replacement of the transmission. Some shenanigans going on I believe.

Warranties aren't for covering abuse. You mentioned you noticed the issue then kept using it. Using it for a LONG time while it was popping out of gear. You even tried fixing it yourself you said. Why? You had a warranty. It pops out of gear a few times, take it to the dealer for the warranty. The warranty company saw parts beat to hell after you kept riding it knowing there was an issue.

You know you do not need a license or a license plate as long as you keep it on trains not on the road. 😂 but its safe to be 16 👌🏻

I was a mechanic 35 years. What you say is it kept jumping out of gear. Why dud you not take it in ? You kept using it ! Your own fault. Stop crying!

They better honor warranty or go to court, I have 400 miles and a failure like that, let a judge tune them up, New Machine or new engine

A person gets what they pay for. I've had a CFMOTO it seems like CFMOTO did you right, but my experience with a CFMOTO, I will never own one again, mine started falling apart at low miles every trip something else happened it seemed like. I ended up selling it and losing money on it and went and bought a used RZR and been happier every since, but just my experience with CFMOTO

Went to a can and dealer the other day and a 2023 defender max Lone-star was in for not running and they didn’t know why. Almost a 40000 dollar machine. You got a budget sxs. I’m sure the maverick literally cost you double the cfmoto did. Can’t compare apples to kiwi

sounds to to me like you neglected the problem when it would of been not a big deal to fix, once it became to serious to continue riding you then expected warranty to fix it. yeah no there not going to fix it, you said yourself this was a problem for awhile, you should of went in much much sooner

They're the Kia of side by sides. Everyone just needs to know what they're getting into when they buy. 3rd party warranties are almost always a scam, they're in the biz of making money not fixing peoples machines

Sounds like you should be naming the aftermarket warranty company that refused to cover a known factory issue. I've had great luck with my Cforce 1000 so far, no warranty issues and I have just over 1,000 km on it. Totally understand that's not everyone's experience but it is mine.

What is your problem sounds like they covered it and your shop doesn’t know what there doing

The original problem was the shifting linkage between shifter and transmission, my zforce 1000 was popping out of gear I adjusted the linkage and it doesn't pop out anymore

You didn't specify whether you purchased a new 2019 Zforce or a used machine. CFMOTO has a 2 yr factory warranty on their new machines sold here in the States. That should have covered your issues.

I'll tell you right now if you get yourself a Rrazor you're gonna have even more problems at twice the money. We're out in the trails almost every weekend and those Razors fall apart If you rid it respectfully not so much but if you're hard on it it's not gonna last either. If you want to bike that last get a time machine and go back 20 years.

I personally own THREE CF Moto's, a 400, 500 and 800XC ATV (4 wheelers) I f***ing LOVE them all, the 500 has 234mi on it (2021) the 800XC (2022) has 336mi on it and the 400 (2021) has about 120mi in it. We ride in the Rocky Mountains of Western Colorado and run this piss out of the 500 and 800 (the 400 is the Ranch / farm machine and an absolute beater brute). ZERO, and I mean ZERO issues OTHER than the fact my wife thinks the 500 is too stiff and hard to ride compares to my 800XC!? Apples to Applesauce honestly, the 800 is one badass machine and SO FAR worth every penny I paid. I bought the extended FACTORY warranty on all three machines and have yet to use the warranty for anything. The trails here in Western Colorado are tough, rocky, muddy, steep and rugged and we don't pussy foot, put put around with them, we use them, but don't 'abuse' them if you know what I mean. Common sense, situational awareness are a must when riding out here and map reading skills are essential as well.

I purchased 2 CF Moto Z-Force 800exs in 2016 and beat the living piss out of them jump on rampum use them for work hunting and they are hands-down one hell of a unit way better than Polaris or Can-Am I work on them all and I can tell you can am is overpriced shit!!

Never buy aftermarket warranty... never. Cars , bikes, atvs, utvs
