Bumble for me left a bad taste because I matched with someone I later found out was a s3x offender for a serious crime. When I went to report the person, bumble made it extremely difficult to file a report and in the end didn't let me finish the report. After that, I deleted the app and haven't looked back lol

I’m married but I love the content. I did not get married until I was 42yo so I understand the single plight very well. POF was creepy but I took a shot but my match was all the way in Jamaica Queens. I went on a date and was hopeful, but apparently that was on the other side of the world and I got ghosted. The platforms are very informal, I answered all my questions, but I guess being in your late thirties trying to seek something long term creeped the audience. In todays environment how some women can be (not all) it’s safer if the girl ask. Makeup makes a 50 year old look 30 or a 4 look like she’s a 10/10. Not trying to be mean but women are less humble these days. I seen a video a 300 pound women saying she won’t date a man who makes less then 100k or 1 million screaming and acting sloppy.

I liked it. She is reasonable and he’s relaxed and non-condescending. They talked to each other not over each other 👏 This was a real conversation and not scripted or sincere.

My personal opinión For me, the more organic and natural things are, the better. You can’t overthink it, or it will feel forced! When there’s chemistry, it’s just there period . Whether it’s at a park or a five-star restaurant, in the end, it’s about quality time, not social status , or pretending to be someone you’re not just to please the other person . Let’s pay attention to our common sense and our feelings. Everything else is irrelevant. Whether it’s at a café, a play area, the beach, or the movies, when you’re with someone you like you enjoy, it doesn’t matter where or how. If you accept to go out at first it’s already means that you like something about this person !! Let’s be natural the greatest friendships sometimes born from it . Too much overthinking about first date. Coffee for me is great as well as the park because it can lead to convos where we can plan for something better.
