If there are incentives for a coach to win and other things like making it to the SEC final; I believe there should be disincentives if a team loses more than a given amount of games; not making it to a bowl game, etc. Make a cut in the coach’s buyout, cut their salary etc.

Nussmeier does not look better than he did at the beginning of the season. The team as a whole doesn’t really look better. That is 1000% coaching, you can see how demoralized their sideline is when they played Florida. They did not get excited on good plays. He’s messing up their program you cannot treat people like that

The coaching change has plenty to do with retaining Raiola against illegal recruiting contacts. The new coach is known for developing QB"s for the next level. Satterfield isn't terrible but he is SO predictable. The seriously poor officiating in the Ohio state game leaves a big mark on a team. It's one thing to be the underdog and believe you can pull off the upset, it's quite another when you play timid worrying about a lame offensive pass interference call.
