Didn’t use specific set just went with highest cr fortitude, vitality, strength. Sets don’t proc so just go for stats.

We were only playing to 800 as a friendly match.

It is very dependent on your read of the other players. I will usually sacrifice a death or two in trade for a cheat death or kill to get the reads I need for specific people. If you can get it down or you get them to react a certain way then you can adjust and at times they will just let you walk in without having to waste your cds.

Yeah, the shield is pretty nasty if you can get in a good spot and spam it with the banner on. If I get in the right spot I can wipe an entire side.

This was a Rite of Exile match not a regular BG. Strategy was to have me carry this match so we could win the required amount for another week as immortals.

It was a lot of fun hopefully we have more of these matches in the future.

Hard to find a balance since the devs want the monks to be a get in/out burst damage class. I think they need to create some more defensive options to counter but pretty much it's an all offensive game right now.

Currently using 4 urge and 2 shalbaas but I might switch to 2 mountebanks

I should have something out in the next couple of days still farming essences and essence mastery so that I can do a final test before posting a build/guide video.

frozen heart is better unless you are only doing pve then shade might have a slight edge.

I think frozen is better if you're going between dh and monk. You likely won't proc chip too often as dh but frozen should give you more survivability for both.

I'm running the Mountebank set for an extra shield.

@@ae86streams yeah but in this case it is another yellow aurora above zen shield aurora ... Mountbank is white shield ...

I got lucky and got the defend side probably would have been the reverse if you were on defend.

Why do you say it's useless? I've used this build for a long time and so do a few other monks. It's not for speed runs but for when you want to push the highest rift your cr allows.

Best to just use what ever you have that gives you the highest combat rating. Flag set is optimal since most of the damage is from the tornado.

I can pretty much keep shield of zen up 100% of the time if no one pops my shield. Depending on the situation I change it out with purity's thought if I need to be more defensive.

For dungeons I like Traveling Scold more because usually the mobs are in packs and you can dash into the pack which also activates gloom buff while doing damage.

I do have a build that uses flying dragon I'm planning another video with it but that one is more of a support build.

@@mrshadow2406 oh i see in this build i have flying kick because it has more charges so i can keep gloom uptime and also the 10% damage mod allows for some insane damage
