I would retard the timing a bit and add a big procharger to get rid of the backfires and add a high pitched wine sound. Theres no inexpensive way to turn faster but you could make the front forks left and right change length with each turn and have a ball and socket joint on the end or similar hinge based joint to get the wheel to actually rotate left and right with such a low angle on the fork. Or just leave it as it since its already bad ass
