About This Channel:
OTYD's (Orthodox Tewahedo Youth Dallas) mission is to connect members to Christ by delivering the authentic message of salvation in English while adhering to the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC) doctrine, cannon, and tradition.
OTYD provides services in English, such as our weekly Bible studies, which include sermons, spiritual hymns (mezmur), and other various activities. We also look to provide a strong community by providing the opportunity to participate in our diverse groups that are tailored to each individual.
OTYD's vision is to build a generation of young Orthodox Tewahedo Christians who will uphold their faith in their communities and reflect Christ's commandments in their everyday lives.
