have you tested Tungsten Carbide Tip E3D V6 Nozzle by DUROZZLE, that thing caught my eye to uses in a stealthchanger
I have not tried tungsten, curious what its wear-rate is relative to the diamond nozzle.
@@JordanMiller1117 yea the price is way less so I'm considering it since I need 6 😅

Nice video. CF PLA is strong yet more brittle than normal PLA. I would also suggest printing these plates "flat", so the layer lines are perpendicular to the projectile. It can be harder to print the curve these plates have but for testing a flat plate will do. As for material, anything that has high impact resistance. A good start would be Polycarbonate. It is the same material used in bullet proof glass. It can be harder to print due to warping but would be fun to see if this material behaves the same as normal blocks of PC.
I really like your idea of PC, I’ll order some and put into the next video. I also have another subscriber that is printing some to put into the next video. If you have any materials or design suggestions and want them in the video email me the model or mail me the part.
I'll take the batts off ya. Keep the mower. Thanks
Ok?
I need this
I’ll print you one no cap. Interested?
So clean!
Thx boss
What material should I 3D print and test with next? What should I fill the hollow ones with?
That’s strange I thought is would just speed up😂
The newest version really has a hard time of getting up to speed for some reason, not really sure why haha

On what exactly?
@@JordanMiller1117 uhh, i mean do you have a plan document or a pdf explaining how you made this in your way?

@@JordanMiller1117 oh... can you please refer me to the original project?
Great job, but i can tell thats PLA. It'll probably work for s good long while vut eventually during a heavy gaming session itll shrink and fall down. Youre pushing the limits because the ambient temp on a hot day st least where i live can easily resch 40-55 c
With the AC on the house will always be cool, my house would only get ~26°C maximum without AC on. Personally, I don't think it'll be much of an issue, but I could test this. Also, how could you tell it was PLA from the print? Just curious.
Glossy texture is the biggest clue, but yeah dude I think you'll be good for a long while if not indefinitely. Just don't be surprised if it says one day is all. Id probably just reprint it if it lasts long enough save your money.

I just used the AMD box for my CPU, it just happens to be just the right size for my EATX case and 4060 TI.
So you have a cardboard box propping up your GPU?
@@JordanMiller1117 exactly 👌 its a solid case so nobody can see it and theres plenty of airflow all directions.
@@failepicly4575 ain’t stupid if it works 👍🏻
Might want to avoid shifting components around like that whilst powered.
Fun fact, PCI-E is hot swappable, he could remove his GPU while his PC is on and it won’t damage anything.
@@MancSoulja The PCI-E specification allows for hot swapping, that does not mean the motherboard, nor the graphics card's manufacturer enabled it in their design. Not all PCI-E devices, boards, or slots are automagically hot swappable, and even if this particular board and card were capable, it still isn't wise to shift and torque the edge connector around in the PCI-E slot.
He didnt move it that much
While I tend to agree, I wasn’t moving it that much.

I thought it was fitting as well haha 😁
Im assuming you printed this in pla, which is going to warp from the heat and fall in your fan. Better put some stickytape between there to keep it from falling
Potentially, I doubt the internal case temp will get up to 60C.
@@JordanMiller1117 its not so much that itll reach 60, its that at around 30-40 over time will start to sag. keep an eye on it and maybe try in something more heat resistant like PETG
@@jpeero fair point, I’ll keep an eye on it 👍🏻
careful with that graphics card it looks like it might be trying to sag that can break it easy!
I know I need to make/buy a bracket for it, probably with 3D print something.
Careful with that compressor air, it can have moisture in it that could get on your electronics, especially the power supply, and the rubber can introduce static! Nice idea cleaning the glass tho, should do that with mine lol.
But the fans also I think may get damaged
Yeah I hear ya, I use it pretty regularly and it isn’t warm right now so there isn’t much humidity in the air. Cleaning the glass really made it sparkle, was a good decision.

Thanks for sharing, we got our house and I've been trying to think of a way to utilize our attic space with the thick blow in insulation.
It’s super useful, gives us another 300-400 sqft of storage and is so accessible.
Hey Jordan - just starting my Hevort build and would really like to do a tool changer. Any updates, or did you abandon the idea?
I had been doing some printing with it, but currently in my new house I have no room to use it and continue to develop it. So for the foreseeable future it is on ice.
