My problem is that in most cases these guys at conventions are paid a flat rate by the vendor, which means the vendor makes whatever is collected at the table. If the Vendor said it would cost $500 for that item Sarge does not have a right to try and upcharge on his own. He was paid to do a job, and refusing that is costing the vendor money not Sarge.

if you're getting an 8x10 signed, put it in a top loader sleeve before you frame it. I have some 8x10s where over time the gloss of the photo adheres to the glass and if I take them out, it wil rip the photo

Go look back at the territory days, there would be shows ran in North East, under the WWWF banner that would have only 5 matches.

The problem alone at least in my area (west tn) is people having complete freedom to do whatever however and for whatever time they want. Nobody produces anything. And a lot of the time you're seeing cards with 8 matches on them for 50 people or less.
