Chikkamani, a tribal woman from Basavanagiri A hadi, HD kote , Mysore District has transformed her life and her community through the power of renewable energy and determination. Living in a hilly region with limited access to electricity and opportunities, she faced daily challenges in providing for her family and contributing to her community.
Chikkamani’s life changed when she was introduced to a solar-powered sewing machine through a sustainable energy initiative.
Recognizing the need for accessible services in her community, Chikkamani invested in a solar-powered photocopying machine.
