Greatest Madden of all time. Ever since the introduction of the Frostbite engine, excuse my French, but this game has totally went to shit. FIFA too. The game designers were too focused on aesthetics and how the game looked overall, not the gameplay mechanics and how it actually functions. I just played madden and fifa with my cousin, half the time the game is laggy. It’s NOT our internet both of us have extremely good internet connections. Theres that, stupid ea servers. Plus the gameplay is such trash!! I complain half the time even when I’m winning because the mechanics and gameplay are so terrible!!! Im a simhead and I like my sports game as realistic as possible, and this frostbite engine? This aint it chief. Even 2k’s went to crap. All of these next gen sports games are so disappointingly awful. Its honestly embarrassing. But its a monopoly at the end of the day so this is the only choice we really have.

How did you do it ?

this was a game i had on n64 but my n64 was worn out and missing a rumble pack so i couldnt play some of the games i owned due to that and me constantly having to blow on the cartridges and hitting reset button to try and get them to work, i remembered running back and forth through the monastery not being able to get outside and when i finally did i got trapped in the combat ring without knowing the button mechanics or a means of moving forward so just went back to playing smash or bomberman 64 as those were the games i used to play aside from golden eye wish my brother didnt lose the rumble pack or give away oot my dad ended up giving away the n64 and the games i had along with it to some womans kid

It's a game I played when I was young, and I really enjoyed it. Can you tell me the title of the background music that appears at the beginning of the video? I was looking for that music and ended up here using an algorithm. I really wish I could know.

I loved this game as a kid!

How is your resolution so clear? On my retrotink 5x-pro on PS2 slim is very muddy & characters look choppy. I have a 2016 OLED sanyo tv by the way. What hd cable are you using?

Sorry took me a bit top start watching.

It is strange how the graphics look so bad for me looking at it in 2024 but at the time they looked amazing. Paul Kariya was my favourite player on this game. If I remember right he played for the Penguins and had the highest possible rating of 99. Assuming my memory of the game is correct. 10 year old me struggled with this game. The goal was so small.

Music instantly warped me back - this game was great thirty years ago. I do remember getting stuck somewhere, in need of specific item, and going back a few times with no luck. Movie also rocks.👍 Too bad Red Sonja (another favorite) never received a sprite adaptation..

I wish that the rest of this game would have played, as it was getting nuts. Also, seeing all of those home runs reminds me of the 2018 season where the Twins and Yankees had SO many home runs that were being scored and both teams had like 15 players each that had double digit home runs that season...it was nuts.

Amazing game, used to play this with my sister on the wii back in 2013 and this is bringing back nostalgic feelings - what a time to be alive, the ordinary becomes the extraordinary as time passes.

But can you play online? Because i can't find no one lol.
