Strong fingers!
Great idea gotta give this a go
Thanks! I like the eagle loops.
Honest comment..i paid a fortune for a pair of 90 pound dumbells....are you rich?? No disrespect intended...your home work out set up is amazing....
Thank you. No, I'm not rich. I just set money aside or work abit more for it.
@incrediblehulk771 Nice...my 90 lb. Pair of dumbells cost me but I love lifting them. I once worked out in a gym that had 200 pound dumbells and I absolutely was in love with them. I basically just deadlifted them at my side...once per week....I eventually got 5 reps...I guarantee you can do more...hanging with 300 lbs like you did was beast...and then you did pull ups....much respect
@tommy5514 Equipment can be quite expensive. I like looking on Facebook marketplace or Craigslist for cheaper weights along with keeping an ear out for people I met that are moving and want to get rid of equipment. Deadlifting 200lb dumbbells for 5 reps is a pretty good accomplishment.
Awesome Job 👌
Thanks!
Crushed it!!!
Thanks!
Lifting this with a one hand claw grip is next level!!
Thank you. Plenty of strength training options here while drinking.
You got it!!! Lol
Yes sir!
Lol thats insane
Yes sir!
It's awesome!
Smart move
Okay then! Wow
Nice work man keep grinding!
Thanks! Will do!
Love big deficits, my kinda lift… great strength bro 💪🏻 those handles are interesting, never seen that before.
Very cool! Thank you. The handles are great! Besides changing up the grip and angles on lifts, they allow me to pull more Strapless and give me abit more clearance for pulling the bar behind my legs.
@@incrediblehulk771 yep not using the straps unless absolutely necessary… we speak the same language haha
45 or regular, which do you prefer?
Regular for the deadlifts.
Strapless, belt-less, shoe-less, GAF- less 💪🏽
Almost
Great lift big boy, let’s think about the body and where force is projecting while doing badass lifts like you have the power to do. You have one powerful body there, take care of it 💪🏼
Good word!
Not a good lift
Strong bastard for sure. Fuck those blocks off dude. Weight over heels puts you right in the middle of the hollow area. One fk up and you are injured badly .
Id replace those hollow cement blocks with something more robust, your heels are right over the void.
Good looking out.
Was about to say the same thing. That’s too much weight to put faith in that set up.
Xsv
Pathetic 😢
Get that shit up there big boy 💪
Not sure if thats worth the risk to your lower back
Insane🤯 if I’m ever stuck under a car I hope you’re walking by 😂
If I tried that I'd be picking my colon up off the floor. 👍
That would be terrible.
@@incrediblehulk771 😆
Crazy. Dude can lift an engine block
The handle defeats the purpose of the deficit.
Okay. It's still lower than my regular deadlift.
No. That handle definitely isn't as high as that block.
Go even lower lol
Haha I have. I've tried it from my steel bench before.
@@incrediblehulk771 I can barely touch my toes thats ridiculous
@GraveStrong I started with the bar at my ankles so I'd have some room to grip the bar. I did it with 365lbs.
you should use less weight and proper form. your form is crap to put it nicely. you're gonna blow your back out doing ego lifts like that. your back is rounded when it should be arched.
Thank you for your input.
That’s freakish dude! Great job!
Thank you!
Good gravy, that was impressive.
Thank you.
Beast! That was impressive
Thank you.
Thats crazy. Never done a barbell hacksquat. I need to try this and that reverse grip bench of yours
Yeah, I can pull more with the bar behind me.
@@incrediblehulk771 Lots of quads I bet!
@@GraveStrong That's the idea.
Not going down enough
I just had my first child, a baby girl. Watching your videos with Benjamin over the years reminds me what we do it for
Congratulations on your baby girl!
Everyone always forgets the ring and pinkie👍👍🤩🤩 awesome work
That's right.
The rep where you're struggling is the most important. That's the one that signals your anabolic growth/recovery response when you're resting. That is what targets your body to compensate to do more.
That's right!
@@incrediblehulk771 don't forget about eccentric reps broski. Get a lower bar and lower yourself down for forced reps when you get fried lol.
@@PlanetWiper Good word.
Never ever ever ever tried this and I wont be starting with 250 lol
Jimmy Kolb introduced it to me. He likes it for triceps development
@@incrediblehulk771 I feel like I wouldn’t be able to balance it but it looks like a great move
@GraveStrong It's actually pretty good grip
U used a 4 ply for that weight 🤣🖕🏾
Wow very strong. Cranking 365 out
Thank you.
Tell Landon jump in my Bradda
He has! He squatted 265lbs!
Insane. Have you ever tried deadhangs ON straps? I don't have weights, so I put my figure 8 straps around the bar and hang from the fabric.
I haven't tried it yet.
I couldn’t match that if I wanted to. What a grip!
Thank you
You have a lot of base strength. Honestly though man, don't worry about the weight figure and try to do fill range of motion. I guarantee you will explode in size and strength in 6mo.
How many clean pull-ups can you get without weight? 90lbs is too much for you
I can get 12-15 clean Pull-ups without weight depending on the variation.
Good partials.
that's very impressive, I can't even do 10 pull up without any weights .
Thank you. You can get there too
Deadlift looking good my Bradda
Thanks, it's just practice with the suit.
Rah jah dat, the more you practice with your gear, the more you understand how the gear works
@johnsotelo3125 Yes sir, and a better appreciation for those that use it.
Aint they called chin-ups for a reason???
Its my understanding that Chin-ups are with palms facing you not away from you.
@@incrediblehulk771yeah but he’s calling out the fact you havent preformed a single pullup
@@gulumbabumbaman1470 I'll get there eventually.
@@incrediblehulk771 believe in you dawg 🙏
@@incrediblehulk771 i was referring to yur chin at least reaching the bar at little, come on
*Disclaimer* Do not try these on a door jam pull-up bar!! 😂
Good word!
Good job man you look jacked!!!
Thanks! A work in progress .
