Oh god no! This here is a tenth generation copy of a VHS bootleg with the vinyl bootleg audio transposed for effect. It was the only Jean Genie footage available at the time. The song was written by Dimitri Tiomkin and Ned Washington and first recorded by Johnny Mathis in 1957 and Nina did a live version the following year and then recorded it in 1966, ten years later came Bowie’s version as a tribute to Nina herself, which is why he took great care when recording it, and she apparently loved it!
