How come it doesn't have the 396 badges below the SS badges on the fenders?...Is it a true SS396 Chevelle or a clone?

My mother had this in the convertible version. Same color etc. This is a restomod of sorts. The carpet in the frunk is not factory, they were rubber mats and there was no tire cover. There is normally a horn ring that is U shaped on the bottom half of the steering wheel that is missing. The heater is an aftermarket piece as the heat would normally be between the seats and would have been a gas heater that was later modified to meet strict US safety regs. This is a gorgous little car and I only wish it were a convertible so I could snap it up. Thanks for the amazing video!
