Shame the drops are bugged. He doesn't even give EXP.
yes no exp but it gives drop. i already done with the knight but it takes a long time for it to drop the items you need

Yes only at night you can also burn the hay stacks while waiting but there is a low chance it will appear. I suggest you just wait in the spawn area there are four spawn area where the rustler come out. if you are lucky no one is hunting them you can get all 4 Goblin Rustlers to your self
