Haven't seen this movie in awhile. First time again

I KNEW I heard Vincent Price. He voices Zigzog.

After watching the recobbled version based on the work print, this is impossible to watch. How could they turn a masterpiece into simple expository drivel. Voicing the cobbler is hard enough to sit with, but voicing the thief too is just beyond forgivable.

The guy who voices the thief I think I know him he was a comedian plus the first time I ever heard him was on the special Scooby Doo movies show where he and the mystery gang meet different celebrities like the Harlem Globetrotters Sonny and Cher, the Three Stooges, Josie and the pussycats, and so many more famous stars even the guy who voiced inspector gadget.... Oh yeah, the thief sounds like Jonathan Winters

man never though i couold get through this film the thief is the only reson i keep watching and zig zag 🤣

man... I never seen this movie. With this I think I'm running out of excuses.

I feel bad for the people in the 90's who needed a narrator at all times explaining the movie they're just watching.

Idk if you already know this, but the source you used for this upload is a 4:3 pan-and-scan release of the theatrical cut, which shows less on screen than a widescreen release of the theatrical cut.

Why is this upload so dark? I didn't have the DVD but the VHS of this and I don't recall it being SO dark, especially the final 15 minutes or so it's hard to tell what's going on. I like the movie overall. Really imaginative, and good cast/voice actors. The thief is funny. It is a weird film. I like weird things though!

Nostalgia critic was right, the recobbled cut is way better.
