Stage 2?
i will just copyt paste from the discord "What Are HTL's Stages? The Stage Model is HTL's innovative process for developing your fundamentals in LoL. Below you will find a summary of each Stage, but it is strongly recommended to submit a question in the lol-questions forum, or book a coaching session with HTL to cover the details of the process. Stage 1 - Last Hitting - this involves improving your last hitting, defensive spacing, and basic wave management to consistently achieve better cs and control the waves. This can be practiced utilising my special cs drill. :HTL1: Stage 2 - Trading - this involves punishing your opponent over each minion they try to go for in order to deny them resources (e.g. health or gold/xp). We trade properly by using the 3 core conditions - 1) If the opponent tries to autoattack the minion, we hit them and punish with damage. (Damage Trade), 2) If the opponent decides to use an ability to farm because of our pressure, we punish them as they waste a cooldown and also mana/energy etc too (Cooldown Trade). 3) If the opponent decides to miss the cs because of our pressure, we punish them as they miss the cs and lose gold and potentially xp. (CS Trade). We achieve the trades by utilising proper spacing in the lane and pressuring around the minion windows, this should be practiced against real opponents in ranked games. :HTL3: Stage 3 - Mouse Skills & Advanced Movement - this involves developing core mouse skills in-game in order to refine Stages 1-2, and start being able to approach proper movement mechanics. We achieve this by 1) developing our mouse accuracy (how close we click to our avatar) to increase our control, and 2) developing our mouse speed (how fast we input mouse clicks) in order to increase our speed. By working on 1)-2) we can essentially 'unlock' core mechanics in-game enabling smooth movement, actions, and our overall intent against our opponent. We practice this by utilising basic mouse drills within practice tool and then executing these in ranked games whilst playing normally. :HTL7: Stage 4 - Map Awareness- this involves approaching the mental and information side of the game to improve our decision making and retention. We achieve this by 1) developing our minimap awareness, practiced by looking at the map much more frequently and consistently to see and retain all info. 2) developing our camera & leaderboard awareness, practiced by learning to use the camera hotkeys ('F-Keys' by default) and tab hotkey to see other lanes and retain further info from both screens. 3) Developing our warding, practiced by optimising our warding schedule to improve our vision and enabling us to access more information from the map. By improving all possible routes of information, we can make better decisions and intent in our play refined mechanically in Stages 1-3. :HTL6: Stage 5 - ??? - I don't actively share information about Stage 5 to individuals who are not ready for it outside of my coaching, this is because focusing on the relevant skills has shown to be detrimental to improvement during Stages 1-4. I also want to make clear that I do not hide information - I am fully open to discussing Stage 5 in full with anyone ready to move onto Stage 5, or with individuals who are not interested at all in developing themselves. :HTL4: Supports - Supports shouldn't actively focus on Stage 1 and begin their process at Stage 2 and then progress through the other Stages as normal. :HTL11: Jungle - Jungle is a unique role and has different fundamentals for Stages 1-2 which mostly consider basic pathing and early ganking. These tend to be much more extensive and it is strongly recommended to cover these directly with HTL. :HTL13: If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask HTL"
