Here's 2 of my recent ranked games, both ended in wins. I'm a Silver 2 ranked flex/open queue player, though in these games i only played my main, D.Va.
The first game on Junkertown started rough while my team got used to each other, but once one of my teammates went mercy, we started doing really well, so kudos to that person! The enemy team, after losing the first round, decided to run a triple tank vs me, a single tank, and even brought out a sym towards the end. It was a pretty close and intense game, and I was shocked when we managed a win.
In the second game, I definitely played a lot worse. We still managed to win, but I was clearly frazzled by the enemy supports making it really hard to do any significant damage, and then in the second round, the enemy brought out a zarya to counter me, but I decided to be stubborn and stay on D.Va, which worked out, since we managed another win!
I'm excited for the new ranked system and the rank reset coming in season 9! I've been trying to improve my gameplay and rank up, but i have so many bad habits that are ingrained in me from when i used to play casually back in 2016/17 that its gonna take some time and dedication to break the muscle memory i have. I get tunnel vison and overwhelmed pretty easily, but i still always try my best! I watch lots of coaching videos on youtube and try to keep what they say in mind, though sometimes the game gets so chaotic that its hard to remember all the tips.
Anyway, hope you enjoy these gameplays, and any (legit) tips and advice are welcome, pls dont be rude, tho :)
