General Sahib is very engaging and thought provoking. Hillary Clinton called it deep state and especially meant establishment of Pakistan. Just one case in point. Few years ago, almost daily incidents happened where owing to ceasefire violations few soldiers/civilians on either side of the border used to get killed. The financial difficulties of the country is not caused by establishment and is perpetrated by civilians. I remember, as I live is USA. Ishaq Dar almost lived in Washington DC and continuously signed one loan document or the other. Did we every investigate of the loan purposes were fulfilled, justification for such loan, implementation. Shehbaz announced one holiday. Did he realize how much the country would suffer in one day alone. All the courts were closed, the tax department of all sorts were closed. The various courts dates have to be rescheduled again for few more months which would cause extreme financial and other hardships on the country. We still have a very large political and administrative machinery. Each loan when secured is shown as a big victory for the country.
