That pex water hose is garbage. Do yourself and your customers the favor and replace it with copper lines it will cost more, but it won't cause u and ur customer headaches done the road
Have you ever seen copper in a milk plant? It's green and corroding in one week! It even changes the taste of the milk.
How much would you charge for the owner's manual, or design documentation, such as interconnection diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment specifications/bill of materials for this project? I am interested in building something similar, but with a different floor plan. I have a building that I intend to repurpose as a creamery/ice cream shop. I am in Baja California, Mexico.
