Spinning to fast will work better if it's a lot slower
It has multi pulley system to adjust the speed. I have some video closed up on my line boring drive unit very crude but worth it.. It has serve me several time and done dozen of heavy equipments. All parts are from scrach and junk litrally...

In the process of building my own edge bender contraption so I’m stoked to see this video and that yours came thru to get the job done. One thing I’m gonna suggest, and it’s not to do with your build but rather to not film ever again with one hand and your foot, lol. Great video tho! Your finger pointing is skil not many possess.

We purchase it from dewalt distributor. Here in the philippines we only have chinesse made power tools from bosch, dewalt, aeg, but makita is japan made (blue) and expensive the red makita is chinesse made (maktek) but original... Even a hilti brand also made in china... This video bout dewalt is not fake we purchased it from dovv sales marketing supplier of dewalt products i dont know maybe its fake and we have been fraud...
