@@backpackingbold My background is environmental health, and I have been deathly ill in the passed; but I am positive I understand why. Anyway, I would be the guy to come into restaurants and give them inspections. Anyway, I still have a serious interest in health. I follow a lot of the top doctors on the tube and a lot of health experts. One top doctor literally said, "Eat dirt!" ... and I love it.

We are so afraid of even small infection, poisoning , stomach discomfort ( or any pain ) , we are not developing natural resilience , immunity , resistance to outside factors . Instead we over disinfect our self , over medicate and def. Too many painkillers … sad reality

I can definitely say you are knowledgeable in this topic! Too be completely honest , when I did see them first time , I took them for,.. horseshoe crabs ,.. lol. That’s why I was even more shocked than I should be. Otherwise , I did some research online , and according to many people those deep sea crabs are very tasty

@@backpackingbold hmm . Mają tutaj taki staw hodowlany. W pl widziałem te rybki w oczkach wodnych w ogródkach . A tutaj na talerzu. Każda była na gryza dosłownie . Ale pyszne białe mięsko . Zobaczysz w filmie nagrałem . Pewnie inne ale też takie czerwone

Vietnam is amazing ! I live in USA, or rather US is my base as I am planning to slow travel South East Asia , including Vietnam again for sure. And you definitely should be proud ! Great country and very kind , nice people ! Not to mention delicious food and beautiful nature
