oh so true. i remember the days before they made lenses specifically for light eyes and the lenses did noooot look the best 😆 im sure you cooould get one from this series to work but it’s a huge gamble. they’re super cute tho

​@lacymillefeuille I didn't know they make colored eye enlarging lenses for light eyes now. I'm going to have a look soon. I also have a pair of circle lenses that have a black rim with a gradient effect (also in black) towards the middle. They made the model look really cute and even a bit doll like. On green eyes they look more like demonic Halloween lenses. That reminds me I still have some old lenses that are most likely past their "safe to use until " date.

i know they make a lot of pastel colors that are easy to show with light colored eyes, so im a little envious cuz it’s hard for light colors to show with dark eyes 😆 I also had some past due date lenses but I ended up tossing them, i don’t want to take a risk with eyes.. i heard some horror stories 😭 be safe…

​@lacymillefeuille I'm eager to try pastel colors, that would look so dreamy. I'm afraid pink is never going to happen though because there's always a bit of the natural eye color that shines through. Hence pink lenses + green eyes= brown effect. Mint would be cool! Or a pastel blue.

in this video, the two on the left are 2024, and the one on the right is from 2022, the biggest difference i know is the leaves are slightly different but that’s about it. really wonder how they compare with the older ones!

@@lacymillefeuille I think every single version of the print is gorgeous. I think one of the reasons for the change is that with modern printing they can do much sharper detail. The old print (2005~2013) looks more blotchy in comparison (like a painting). The print from 2022 onwards has finer lines and different flowers, leaves and ribbons. More like a colored drawing. I wonder why they changed it between 2022 and 2024. The colorways I have, and love, are offwhite, regular pink and sax. Never really liked the black one or the newer ichigo mousse, lavender and red. But to each their own.
