I love the bridge! “All the pain she tells herself she needs to hide” could mean that the needs to hide her pain away so that nobody sees it, but also has a dual, deeper meaning in the context of the story, because she needs the pain that Conner caused her in life to avoid grieving him in death. They probably made the right choice to go with “Requiem” though, since it makes this sentiment in a more obvious way, and you need the audience to understand.

I love this song and you will be found but the play def would have been much more intense with this song and not having u will be found in it. I mean the theater was already crying during act 1 and act 2

Sorry. This Broadway cast performance has a certain glassiness or brittleness to it that other performances on TH-cam don't exhibit. Maybe it is the arrogance of being the Broadway cast--the luxury of singing a serious song and laughing among yourselves while you waiting to delivery your lines? Not sure but while the music remains glorious somehow the actual emotional output of the singers isn't what you would expect or hope for. Compare this performance to what the Welsh boys can do, and there is no comparison. I love Broadway and that's why I say this: this is subpar and fits no one's expectations of what a New York Broadway cast can do. You guys can do better so please start doing it otherwise we'll be London soon.
