Great!
If I was to meet the man all I would be able to say is "Thankyou Ace for the music" for over 40+ years of putting music into my life. Fractured Mirror has probably been the piece of music that brings me down to earth and has stayed with me through thick and thin
This should have maybe been put on the elder I feel?
Ace is awesome ! Some people say negative things about him - not justified all haters need to listen to all his great solo work realize the man is great !
Every time you hear Doc's voice, you immediately hear The Angels, the name Red Pheonix never stuck with me, but Doc Neeson or The Angels name did.
Each showed my age. No bulld. He had me at Fehley's Comet. He he had me with 40 more years of rock and roll. 😊
Noddy holder has the best rock voice ever and slade are the most underrated rock band 🎸 ever
Is there a better opening rocking number? Great version - love that it's raw and imperfect. I remember being blown away on the first listen on Slade Alive Vol 2. Still can't get over that we have to battle to convince people that Slade were an awesome band and much more than their legacy of great singles.
Memories. Lots and lots of memories when I hear these instrumentals. Thank you, Ace.
I chain with " Quantum Flux " from 2018 Spaceman album and " Stratosphere " from 2024 10.000 Volts album ...
Damn this is incredible!! Even amazing in 2024. Timeless.
fantastic organ
Wonderful combo of Fractured instrumental pieces! Thank you for posting.
Ace,,,
This is definitely a Masterpiece. Ace said himself that his creativity would have been better without his old band mates around him. Just listen to this it's way ahead of anybody's music, Wisely said Ace! Your the best my brother!
And it appears the twilight has entered. VERY NICE JOB of putting these together in this format. Hats off to you and Ace!
Love it
farken luv it!!
They had a thing for italian drummers
Until they got a singer to play drums😂!
I'm happening across these Wicked Lester songs just now. Each one blows me away more. Talk about remaking yourself. I can see absolutely no hint or seeds in these songs of them turning into KISS in a matter of months later. Perfect example of what chemistry means in Rock & Roll. This band is clearly technically better than KISS...but, the rest is Kisstory
@alcorona2256one of the best broadway musicals ever.
Its like Kiss, Rolling Stones and a hint of Van Halen with the phaser.
Rock Bottom intro , could be added to this
Lovin it! So great when all put together. Thanks and cheers. 😁
Great tune!!
Now add Quantum Flux to the list
This has a crispier sound to it than the alive vol2 album,Nod’s voice especially,I prefer this version as alive 2 always sounded off to me,like it was recorded from outside the hall or something, can’t put my finger on it but it lacks atmosphere all the way through, this however is RAW and although crowd is practically non existent it’s still magic.
Well I'll be damned
Ace has lived the rock star life he always dreamed of sitting on his bedroom thinking about what would it look like. Glad to see he made it through the trials and tribulations with all the drugs and other crazy stuff that I can’t even post. Like the title of his book “no regrets “
love it......
Brown Sugar?
Fractured Mirror: The Amazing Classic Fractured Too: The Pretty Good Sequel Fractured III: The Great 3rd Film Fractured Quantum: The Satisfying 4th Film that closes off the series in a beautiful way Sidenote: There is also the cover of "Fractured Mirror" by Dimebag Darrell that I highly recommend people check out more often! 🚀
Tin Huey plus. Nice track Chris.
Sounds like Soundgarden if you went thru a time warp, cool song
What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day Oh,there's a man from the country Who works in the city He has a good family But his life is a pity He loves his lady very much He keeps in the city Unknown to his family A fine secretary And they keep in touch, hello people What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day You better be true to your baby Make it easy on yourself Make it easy on yourself Well, there's a man who's romantic Who every chance he gets With so many young ladies Whenever his sweetheart ain't around They made plans to be married But if she knew what was happening Sweetheart could surely bring them down What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day You better be true to your lady Make it easy on yourself Make it easy on yourself If you don't love that woman, just tell her so And if you need more love than she could give Let her know Or if you feel that you love her, but your love becomes A routine Well lying and your cheating For the love that you've been keeping But it ain't the thing, no it ain't the thing What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day, reach the light of day What happens in the darkness Will surely reach the light of day You better be true to your lady Make it easy on yourself Make it easy on yourself You better be true to your lady Make it easy on yourself Make it easy on yourself
While walking down the street one day Celebrating Friday the 13th in May Then I met a simple type who started to fight I said: "hey, can't you find a way And do you have to keep on fighting this way Some say it's going to be today The world is gonna end and you're fighting this way Can't you find yourself before that day" The streets where full with people in life Looking over one another' shoulder to see Trapping one another without sympathy I said: "hey, can't find a way And do you have to keep on fighting this way They say it's going to be today The world is gonna end and you're fighting this way Oh, can't you find yourself before that day" I said: "hey, can't you find a way And do you have to keep on fighting this way Some say it's going to be today The world is gonna end and you're fighting this way So, can't you find yourself before that day" While walking down the street one day Celebrating Friday the 13th in May Then I met a simple type who started to fight I said: "hey..."
One of the greatest bands ever ,face to face, dark room ,two minute warning are my favorite albums but to me they will always be ANGEL CITY
🥰⏳🪞🎭💖💕💘
"Bravo and Thank you for this excellent compilation of Ace Frehley' s instrumentals but the last instrumental is missing : Quantum Flux"
"Awesome Ace Frehley"
Always love this one the first one always the best plus instrumental most of his cds no record or needle used too collect records but I have a copy of the originals & alive blue label!!
Reminds me of Nipsey Hussles Status Symbol 1,2&3
Ace has/had so much More to offer than his contributions to a band such as Kiss; he's an artistic avatar. God bless Ace Frehley.
This exact version was our bridal waltz 5 yrs ago ❤❤
I love them all, but III is my favorite. I love the vibe of it, it's so relaxing.
Love this puts me in guitar utopia
Best punk rock ballad ever!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ACE FREHLEY!
Hi hey likeit
Late in the 70's, a friend-of-a-friend said: "I know a horn player whose band is playing a "Farewell" gig at JB's Down before heading out west to cut their first album. You should go see them." So I did. The band? Tin Huey. The horn player? Ralph Carney (RIP). Patty Donahue (RIP) looked cute wearing a stylish, 50's prom dress. This recording sounds way too polished & well produced to be originally from a cassette. I remember an expensive looking reel-to-reel tape deck next to the sound board running 1/2 tape & 8 tracks. Could this be from that same evening?
These songs are so good iv seen him live and this opens the show melencoly metal fn brilliant each piece peace and love lloydy
