I think there's a right and a wrong way to consume content online. You have to find the creators that offer you inspiration to better yourself at your core. When you feel envy, when you feel crappy about yourself while watching a video, then you need to leave this part of the algorithm. But in order to be able to differenciate the good and the bad creators for you, you have to be able to truly listen to your feelings AND understand what your weak spots are. We also have to be aware who which creators are in for the money, and which ones are truly living by the values they are sharing. Sometimes, it's tricky and disapointing. I think your are doing a great job and you are already showing a lot of growth in your relation to social media and consumerism.

Do you mind me asking you when did you last have your eyes examined? I'm asking that because I see you have 2 young toddlers. During either pregnancy did you notice any change in your eyesight? It may surprise you to know that approximately 50% of pregnancies effects the mothers eyesight. Oddly enough the effect is only nearsightedness. That's because during pregnancy the eyes will lengthen and that lengthening then results in nearsightedness. So if your finding that driving at night seems more difficult that it used to be it's not your imagination, chances are your slightly nearsighted. So driving with your kids in the car you of course need your eyesight to as good as possible. So even if you feel like your eyesight is fine I still highly suggest that you get your eyes checked just to make sure. Especially if it's been several years since your last eye exam.

Lol. When I make the bed, it’s pretty good. But I rarely make it. I have gone through phases through the years, but currently it is not a priority. 😂 However, your bed making skills are on point. ❤

Haha chicken fajitas are my fave & my husband wasn't a fan but he said the last few times they are growing on him lol!! 😅 they are yummy. We order out WAY too much! The struggle is real lol! I find it hard sometimes to have a new dinner ready every day. Good luck with your journey to making better choices for dinner! That nut butter sounds so yummy!
