Healthy Protein Salad
This salad is so yummy & loaded with flavor + protein. I used egg whites, black eyed peas & feta cheese for protein but you could substitute with toufo to make it vegan.
I love adding whatever seasonings I have in the cabinet but highly suggest adding garlic and Parmesan if you have it 🥗🧂🥬
