Toddler alamed by ship's horn in Duluth!
Margo, 18 Months, with grandpa watching a ship go through the ice in Duluth Canal. She was quite alarmed but still waving to the men on the ship! After she calmed down however, she didn't want to leave!

Strawberries: A Toddler's Quiet Interpretation

I could tell she was in "a mood" so I reached for my camera during a snack. (The sequels of delight as I took the berries from the fridge were a hint). Now, I know she loves berries, but boy, she was into them in her own abstract way! Note: She was just being herself, I wasn't making faces or encouraging her in anyway, just making eye contact. Amara is 21 months old.

Nearly one, Amara finds plenty to entertain herself at home. I turned around and found her wearing my down vest as a "gown" and had to grab the camera. Books, music and dancing!

Baby Amara, who turned 8 months old the previous day, is beginning to cruise around the furniture. Mom is a tad bit excited! This video captures one of her first cruising escapes. Yesterday she did the same exact thing-must be something about dirty cereal bowls!

Little Baby, at six and a half months, has mastered the fine art of scooting backwards. In this video, she has just begun. She loves practicing and will cross the entire room, backwards, until she finds herself trapped. Then mom or dad to the rescue!
