Glad to see it's mostly been a great help! Try putting some vasoline on the gasket for it. Not a ton, just enough to lube it so it moves freely on the intake manifold. Hold it down with one hand and tighten up the nuts studs. I remember having a hard time as well, and that's what I did. The bottom nuts/bolts seem to pull the Y bridge into place.

Those suckers at Pusher sent me the wrong ybridge and I was wrestling in the next newer model than my LLY. They’re sending out a new one.

@PurpleMrMojo that's no good! At least they are making it right though. The new one will fit much better. I struggled a little bit on the bridge itself, howver once it was in, I feel it may just have been me. Haha!

Yes, they even two day expressed it here. The bolts in the back on top don’t seem as difficult for mine because wider butshorter on top. The biggest problem by far is the coolant line that runs behind.The ybridge on the LLY. I had to bend it up and now I will have to bend it back down to connect with that 90° coolant hose. It looks a little different on yours. But anyway, thanks again for posting the video. I wish I would’ve had the patience to make one, but then it would’ve turned into a shit show when I was trying to install the wrong.bridge.

@FLOSSYEM1 ya! It's pretty unfortunate! I was one of their final tunes. They closed up a few weeks after I bought mine. Very very clean tunes!! I very happy I went with them.

For sure. Just a thing a lot of people get caught in. Just like "I have a powerstroke" or "I'm driving that commins." I also see it and do it all the time.

Thank you! To be honest I do not remember. I believe it came with the Supermax intake kit.

No special trick. Just squeeze and pull apart. There is a tab on the right side in the video with two grooves in it to press down. I kuar tried mine and it was very easy. You could maybe use a small flathead to push it down with that while trying to pull it.

Just finished it with 5” strait back exhaust. Went for a road test didn’t feel anymore HP no check engine light

It's and EDGE CTS2 monitor. They have a CTS3 monitor out, however I haven't tested it out yet.

It's scrap metal. My dad and I cut out the rust that was there and welded in the scrap pieces of metal. Then I painted it with rustoleum rust reformer. One day I'll replace the box sides. And it will look good again.

Sure was! I went to the hardware store and bought a shorter bolt. If you notice there is like a guide tit on the end of the factory bolt that makes it too long to remove with the turbo in. I have a shorter bolt with one less tread on it. Worked great! I really do love this kit. I think it has worked out great in the past few years I've had it installed.

The tuner I used is no longer in business. I believe there is a company in Canada that does tuning, however I know nothing about them.

I love the 5", and I'm very happy with it. It does drone a little bit when I towing. Not overbearing though. I do have the tip outside of the bumper about 1.5". I figured that would help with any drone.

It was just an orange option. Orange and purple were the most expensive options when I bought it. I don't see orange or purple as options anymore. You could maybe give them a call and do a special order?

That’s false. Your transmission is running faulty if that’s the cause. Look in your operations manual. Operating temp is 160-200. If you’re not getting to operating temp then you have issues.

For sure! I can definitely tell it made a difference when towing in the heat. Plus on top of cleaning it, you can put new coolant in it as well.

I never had any codes when I put this one. I drove the truck for maybe 2 months with the tune and exhaust with zero issues. Are you having issues?

@@xtrodinaryduramax8010 yeah I am but I did the drp egr delete kit years back and it has the map sensor under the pipe and I think it’s causing me issues . I noticed that kit you did it like on the side of the pipe. But oem is on top so I was looking at your kit because yours is still for sell one of the few lol

@jacobes33 OK, I got you. I thought they were all in the same as well. I do know that I needed a spacer, rubber piece, around my sensor, to get it to work. Part of being a late 09 to 10 LMM. Maybe yours is a little dirty? Or maybe you need that spacer as well and it is just starting to show up?

@@xtrodinaryduramax8010 I wish it was that easy bud I’ve been having this problem for 7 years now . I’ve tried 3 new map sensors , 1 whole map wiring repair kit , that spacer has been on for 7 years. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I’m getting in touch with wherli fab to move my map sensor bung from the bottom to the top like oem factory with their new spacer kit and try that

No problem! Mine still looks good and going strong. The paint has not held up as well as I thought. Probably should have painted it after the rust inhibitor. Either way, I still am impress with the mount.

@@DadBodCEO yes night and day difference, I went back in and did the fan clutch as well because I already had the part but my cooling stack was very plugged with crap

Are you talking about the pair of black tube on the passenger side? Those are for my Air Dog lift pump. If you are talking about the tube zip tied to each side of the torsion bars, those are the exit for my PCV reroute.

They are Bilstein 5100 shocks. I really like them and heavily recommend them! amzn.to/3PKapNa

Should be good to go. When you unplug the CTS2 and plug it back it, it will ask you the vehicle manufacturer. Then it pulls ymthe vehicles information when it connects to the ECM.

Yes it is. I have plans on a bigger one, however I don't have a built trans.

If there is no switch installed, then the ohm reading will be the least amount. So it would be in the highest tune level the truck has.
