Hey bro Thanks for the shoutout, I really appreciate it. I didn't realize until recently that you posted this vid, so that's kinda why I didn't comment until now. If I were to give some feedback, I think certain fights like Kanda E.G dragged on for a bit too long, and also some early fights where you kinda dropped your combos often, but in general, I liked what I saw (Like your attempts on Joji, Lau, Mine and so on). Recently watched your Y0 video as well, that was a fun watch. Enjoyed your commentary on both vids. Anyways, not much more to say except keep up the good work.

oh, this is not going to be useful at this point but to use the rockets on zeke fight you have to stick to a wall so snake has his back pointed to zeke, then you press L1 to aim and R1 to mark, it's useful

Here in this run you use a Carl Gustav, which is described as a "recoilless rifle" that uses artillery ammunition, in this case 84mm. Basically a big sized bullet. Also in wikipedia a recoilless rifle is also called a recoilless gun. Long story short, you were using a gun for good part of the run. Although this is a very particular case, because the LAW itself also is called a recoilless rifle, it can actually shoot rockets.

the timing of this is great. I just recently finished yakuza 3 for the first time and really enjoyed it despite what people say. those times I accidentally did a bound combo only to learn from komaki later on that it was intentional was pretty epic. Thought I was abusing glitches or something but it seems thats just the way its meant to be played. And now coincidentally, you create this video lmao. Thanks for the great content, I havent watched it yet but I got a feeling theres gonna be useful information in this.

Having Yakuza 3 as your favorite is a respectable opinion. Saying it has a better combat system than 5 is just factually incorrect.

Fun facts about the games enemy's that I believe are true: Ray's missiles can be cut for health, Bladewolf isn't that hard when you pop ripper then constantly hit, You can stun lock Mistral and constantly hit her in blade mode, Raptors EMPs are dodgeable, Massiffs are the slowest hitting enemies, giving you lots of time to Parry, Grad's arent actually that crazy if you keep your cool, Hammerheads can be defeated by constantly jumping up to them, Normal/basic enemies are cuttable in blade mode, Medium enemies can be stunned by hitting their hand in blade mode, Hammer enemies can't be stunned, Tripods are also capable of being stun locked, Sliders are really weak, Fenrirs are more likely to move than Sam is to dodge in phase 1, the reason being its a dink. Monsoon's air attack can be blocked and used to stun him without an EMP, Shield enemies are easy to defeat with ripper mode, Gekkos are easily stunnable with ripper mode, Sundowner is capable of being beaten in just over a minute (if you're good enough), Sam is also beatable in just over a minute and a half, Excelsus can't kill you at 0.1% health despite you not being able to safely block it, and Armstrong isn't the hardest boss if you have a fully upgraded Murasama and infinite fuel cells for ripper
