Why isn't everybody buying homes??? The average price in central California is only a half million, and interest rates are a very low 7.5%. People only need a couple hundred thousand dollars for a down payment to keep your mortgage at a cool $2300/month! I just don't get why there's so much homeless with these affordable prices! FJB!!!
