I chose to document my journey so that not only could I keep track of my progress and look back on the journey in times to come but also to hopefully help/inspire others who may be on similar journeys. They may be contemplating about starting as it is a daunting decision to make and keep up but I hope through viewing my journey with my opinions on things and all the ups and downs etc it can help with making that lifestyle change.
