Food Companies Are Hiding This From You
My website about Ultra-processed foods: www.ultrasimplefood.com
Ultra Processed People by Chris Van Tulleken: www.amazon.co.uk/Ultra-Processed-People-Stuff-That-Isnt/dp/1529900050
What we eat plays a pivotal role in our overall well-being, with a significant portion of global deaths directly linked to dietary choices. Despite decades of awareness about rising obesity rates, the root causes remain misunderstood. This video sheds light on the prevalence of ultra-processed foods, which constitute a concerning portion of diets in countries like the US and UK, fuelling overeating and contributing to a myriad of health problems.
You will gain insight into what defines ultra-processed foods and why they pose such a serious health risk. It's revealed that despite packaging claims, many of these products are loaded with additives and lack essential nutrients, designed to be addictive and drive excessive calorie consumption. This video also highlights the benefits of eating whole and minimally processed foods.

I Explored New Zealand's South Island (No Plans)
มุมมอง 91ปีที่แล้ว
This is my first time traveling with no plans. I don’t know where I’m going to end up which is exciting but at the same time makes me feel anxious. I'm traveling down the South Island of New Zealand and don't know where I'm going or when I'm going to finish as I quit my job and don't really have anything to go back to. I end up hiking in Franz Josef, Queenstown and the Milford Track.
Dopamine Controls You | Here's How To Stop It
มุมมอง 18Kปีที่แล้ว
Dopamine controls our lives, from social media to electronic cigarettes, the rise of the internet has created a world of abundance that our brains aren't designed to cope with. But through abstinence, seeking pain through exercise, stretching, and cold water exposure as well as trying to be more present we can stop being controlled by dopamine. Climbing 214 Mountains Alone In A Pandemic
มุมมอง 1853 ปีที่แล้ว
Climbing 214 Mountains alone during a Pandemic In 2020 and 2021 I challenged myself to climb all 214 of the Wainwrights in the Lake District, including Scafell Pike, Hellvelyn, Blencathra, Old Man of Coniston and Skiddaw. This is what I filmed of my adventure. This was filmed using a Fujifilm XT4, DJI Mini, and inspired by Kraig Adams and Maxim Pospelov.
Hiking Alone In The Lake District

Hiking solo in the Lake District during a pandemic is definitely the ultimate escape into nature. This is part of a larger project I'm currently filming where I climb all 214 of the Wainwrights.

September 2023: we we’re so lucky with the weather. It rained one day, and there was wind sometimes but mostly a light jacket was all we needed and what a beautiful old city. I wish we had more time. We will have more time in the future. We are coming back.

That's why I go river swim or swim in the sea. I don't wanna escape life, I wanna be IN it, I want to rub shoulders with life. Maybe there is a dopamine rush there too, maybe I'm not "clean" but I don't do anything to escape reality ! BTW... for short period now got rm free, free of charge if u got any free days u fancy spending in Edinburgh. Good guide on this channel on what to visit when u there 😜😉

A good itinerary and some nice footage. As someone very familiar with the city it would have been nice to see some of the New Town (despite it butting up against it, Stockbridge was originally separate) and Crammond Village, tiny as it is would have been a nice inclusion. And yes, the Royal Botanical Gardens is one of the more engaging and enduring attractions in the city, though realitvely few tourists make their way there. Stockbridge was also off the radar for tourists, though thanks to videos like yours I am seeing more visitors walking its street during the summer season. Edinburgh is a fabulous city, and it is good to see you not only enjoyed it but also understand that the real attractions lay beyond the Royal Mile and Princes Street.

consumptions the cheap dopamine is the hardest thing to take back control from, the video games, social media consumption, cheap quick dopamine, pleasure feelings and etc if one souce of dopamine activity like video games stopped than the other same source paterrn of dopamine would come like social media consumption, if social media consumption stopped than the other source would come way like endless motivational videos, when endless motivation stopped and so on the other cheap dopamine would comr i dont know it is so hard to live without that cheap dopamine, i would like to consume zero cheap dopamine bruh, once i stop the one activoties of cheap dopamine the other cheap dopamine addiction would come
