Hi! What endless pool did you use? I’m researching. Gym with low membership have pools but too shallow and feels weird like not enough buoyancy. The gym with deep pool that feels really good is too expensive. Does endless pool feel like a shallow pool?

What are the dimensions of your pool? And what is the top temp you can intentionally heat it to, if you wanted to use it as a hot tub in the off season? Thx!
The pool is 8'x14'x51". The highest I can turn the controller to is 92. I've heard others have been able to set it to 99. Many complain online that they can't get it above 100. Since I only use it for workouts, I've never tried to get it above 82.

Do you have a hack so you can heat the X500 above 99 in winter as a jacuzzi?
I do not, I only swim in mine so keeping it cool is all I concentrate on. I didn't realize there was an upper limit restriction on how high it would go.

Great video! That's great that you mentioned the black piece under the cable plug before plugging it in. People often forget about it. One thing to add is to make sure to turn the hot tub/pool breaker off before connecting or disconnecting the module.
I have an endless pool R 200. I do not see were to plug in next to the motor? There is no connection. Does this not work for this unit?
I believe it works with the R200. The Endless Pools manual I found for the R200 talks about the Wi-Fi in.touch 2 module. The module should plug into the Gecko controller, which in the R200 manual is referred to as the "Control Box & Heater". You'll need to remove the plastic cover from the Control Box to see the plugs. Hope this helps.
How much did they charge you to assemble the pool. I plan to have contractor do everything else. Also do you think a local contractor can assemble the pool or it really needs an endless pool person?
The pool installer charged $4,414.50 for assembly. I considered a general contractor for the pool assembly but couldn't find one I trusted with that work. I was concerned that a general contractor's lack of experience might lead to issues. Additionally, the endless pool installer provided valuable guidance to the general contractor during site prep, plumbing, and electrical work, ensuring a smooth installation process without errors.
How much is it total?
$47K USD - that includes taxes and shipping which varies slightly by location

@@samanderson7745that does not include deck cost. It was part of a larger project so I don't have the exact deck cost. The pool is the elite model.
did the endless pool people build that deck thing?
They did not. In our case, the endless pool installer only does pool assembly. So we had to get a second contractor to get the permits, pour the concrete, build the deck, run the gas line for the heater, and do the electrical upgrades and connections.

@@ayo30s you are correct, the pool comes with an electric heater. We opted to add the optional gas heater to make it easier to swim year round. Also, when you add the gas heater, the electric heater is disabled (no way to purchase the controller without it).
Thanks, helpful video. Where did you purchase yours and is it the same as the endless pool monitoring system that is an option to get with pool at the time of install? We are at the planning stage of getting the pool.
I got the Gecko in.touch 2 from Amazon. I believe EP sells the same thing and calls it "REMOTE POOL MONITORING SYSTEM". Not sure how their price compares to Amazon.
