Why women volleyball players are just as tall and just as athletic as WNBA players, but the basketball players seem goofy and kinda have masculine mannerisms. While the volleyball players are still very feminine.

I'm a 60 year old father of two grown daughters and two granddaughters and I have done nothing but encourage them their whole lives..... they both been involved in sports and we have all watched Sports together and as of the last 2 years when I first heard of Caitlin Clark in Iowa I turn to channel to watch that girl play and have watched her play since and both my daughters are just astonished her skills and how she can play that game of basketball ...... they're just mesmerized and how well she could play dribble shoot the ball because they know the game of basketball as well as I do but for the most part we have always watched the NBA WNBA now every game she's on we watched together

The poise of Caitlin Clark is just amazing....... she lets none of this bother her she says nothing about the negativity she just goes out there and does what she loves to do and that's play basketball and show up every game on game day

I only started watching WNBA games this past fall because of Caitlyn. I came across it on U-tube. I wasn't looking for it. He expertise blew me away. But the bullying disturbed me. It is obvious that they are jealous of her accomplishments. They need to grow up or retire and move on, or some one needs to decide to clean house and start over. What brought about Caitlin’s fan base feelings was watching several black players maliciously hurting Caitlin. The gouge of her eyeball was just too much! Watching obvious hate unfold game after game turned everyone against the existing black players. Nothing to do with race everything to do with injustice!

I`m a White, Straight 72 year old Male. Add Canadian to that mix. I love Baseball, Golf, NFL football in that order. Was never a fan of basketball altough I profess when I was channel surfing back in the day and a Bulls game was on I would click to see what that crazy good Jordan was up to. Was not interested in the WNBA, couldnt name a WNBA team or a WNBA star.(exception to Griner for being busted in Russia). So, what made me watch a televised WNBA game this year? Was it because she is white or just a generational talent?

People like Caitlin Clark, and she is popular for more than being good at basketball, but because of her personality, which causes people to want to deal with her, and praise her. She has comment after comment of people praising her, did not know about the WNBA until her, could not name a WNBA team until her, did not watch the WNBA until her, saying they would rather watch her than the NBA, elevated the league, brought more attention to the WNBA. I never seen someone praised, and liked so much, which they adore her. Of course it makes sense for her to be athlete of the year for no other person had the kind of impact on their league like her. When other WNBA players and coaches hate on her they are decreasing their popularity, and looking bad with people not wanting anything to do with them, and much backlash, and criticism thrust on them. The forces are too great against them so why do they want to hurt themselves. Just shut your stinking mouth. She is like an angel playing among devils. I have not watched any game of the WNBA for I did not care, but I will watch Caitlin no problem, and she is the only one. That goes to show you how much she impacts people, and how boring the league is.

Once again we get to watch a successful and wealthy American show us how narcissistic they can become proportionately to their stack of money. The largest difference for me was watching CC exhibit grace and finesse in her dribbling skills, team play, focus, shooting skills, rebounding, etc. Contrast that with the likes of AR and AW. Heavy footed dribbling, awkward body positions upon shooting and passing. Even the clips shown highlight this. I looked forward to the professionalism and humility CC and The Fever brought to the court. Very few players have exhibited that level of play. That's what we miss with her departure. The race baiting and vile attacks on character, by less talented players and coaches, diminish the entire sport, relegating it once again, to just boring basketball.
