This chennai central square project is approved by Central government CMRL taken initiative by jayalalitha Amma in 2014 and work started and almost completed by Central government CMRL and AIADMK government when they were ruling. Credit goes to Central government modiji and previous AIADMK government EPS. Present government done the inauguration and demolishing the Hindu temples God will punish them soon.

Atleast one we can assure that in south India,people won't spit pan,tobaco etc onthat wall. Building is easy but maintaining & cleaning everyday is challenging for Indian people 😀. Hope Chennai won't skip maintenance.

The Guidence should be written in Hindi also. Some people of india dont know the local language or English.

They should maintain similar look and feel starting from central square to parys Corner with all those British era buildings , this will look so great.

I don t who designed this, in a hot city like Chennai they need to design walking spaces with lot of wide shelters and resting places. Not these small scattered shelters all made and covered with stones which will absorb and release heat. This is what happens when we don't have good urban planners.
