One question how do you make the camera not fall while you play? What tipe of action cam is it and how do you attach it???
We are using GoPro Hero 7. There is a special headband for GoPro included if you’re buying the whole package. But you can also just buy the camera and headband separately.

@@SfosvsisScisvshsI don’t think that they are still selling the GoPro 7, but you can def find some people selling a used one. And for the headband you can find it on any of the big markets like Amazon or eBay. I think they call it GoPro head mount or head strap.
Volleygorillas never disappoints. Montage is great as always, comical relief is perfect and real fun - the quality of content is overall impeccable. It was very pleasant to watch, especially considering decent skills of all the players, who participated in the video. Pulldowns aren’t just a shoulder exercise
If I’m not mistaken they’re good for back also
shouldn’t be shoulders at all. it should be mostly back and a little bit of biceps

Not a setter, but when i did play as setter i loved it, so fun seeing them hitting it but it was also stressful at times when i was not able to set them the way they wanted the ball to be
