Ep 33| Tips for Staying Positive, Keeping Calm in Chaos, & Practicing Gratitude
In this episode we give tips on how to stay positive in a world full of changes and uncertainty. It’s so easy to allow the outside world to influence how we feel, the conversations that we have, & even our actions. We hope this video reminds you that we can only control ourselves. There is so much anxiety and negative emotions that can come from ruminating on things that we cannot control. (Ruminating was the word!!)
Thank you so much for watching! We love you!

Communication is key when closing or trying to close chapters and move on. Listening and understanding must happen on both sides because if not…as you stated you start to assume and create false realities in your mind which cause false feelings that show in real time. What I got from this episode: Two astronauts can make a lot of money on social media if they just follow their heart. 😂 jk.

The teacher Reddit: I had a similar situation where my high school principal was acting very “odd” to me. I never was brave enough to ever ask any help or advice. I would sometimes think I would be over thinking different situations but now that I’m 29 and looking back on it when I was the age of 14-18 and he was in he’s 50s. And realizing how fucked every situation I was in with him was so inappropriate and I wish I said something. I’m so happy to her to be so self aware and honest about what is going on. I hope she’s ok and brave to tell someone she’s trust.
