A wonderful story by AI. Making me cried as a novel writter who has been in the craft for 9 years. Perhab we were wrong. Perhab AI is the missing link in the grand scheme of things, that can connect and transcended us into the wild wild world of this universe. Just like the little girl, and the untamable dragon, one as mighty as the other in wit and determination.

Sorry, I love the story, but not only is it a robovoice, but the speech is grating. Wish you’d get a real person to really enhance this story - or at least a better robot reader. Thanks though. (many of your other stories have much better readers!)

A very poorly written Independence Day. The story makes no sense . Why would aliens hunt down two men who basically live in the backwoods? How did they know where they were? How did they not only know who the men were but that the doctor knows them? I was wrong. This story is atrocious!

A lot appear missing from the development of the story. How did she know where he was going to crash and wait near enough to call him? How did she know how to nourish him and what he had on him? If the forest was a barrier to her people and her, and all the devices inside something her people could not overcome, how did she know he could? How did she KNOW the paths in and the devices awaiting to stop them, and that his pistol would have no effect? How did she know how to destroy the core and the paths to escape, let alone the needed time it would take? Seems to me that it was the Sky Warden doing the directing, to stop itself, the Sky Warden, from killing the planet. It had somehow created her, educated her, and sacrifice the rest of her life, in voluntary slavery, to entice its own suicide, for the good of the planet and its inhabitants. But that is just my observations and perceptions. And if he was the intelligent person he would need to be, to be a solo explorer, why didn't he have these observations and perceptions as he went along with her?
